  • Where are you located?

    We are a family owned and operated Party Hire and Event Decoration Business, located in Lithgow NSW. Currently we service Lithgow and surrounding Seven Valleys, Lower and Upper Blue Mountains & Central West.

  • What do you do?

    Pretty Party People provide Balloon Styling and Prop Hire to the Lithgow Region and beyond.

    We currently stock Halo Rings, Mesh Rings and Structures, Metal and Floating Frames, Large Backdrops (such as Greenery, Shimmer & Balloon Walls), Balloon Arches, Sail Arches, Easels and Plinths!

    We also stock a range of customisable Acrylic Signage, Neon Signs and Florals!

  • How much are your balloons?

    Pricing is dependent on what you are after… If you would like an estimation please provide us with as many details as you can and we will be able to provide you with a quote.

  • Do you require a deposit for a booking?

    Yes we do.

    For any balloon/setup booking, we require a 20% deposit of the full booking amount within 7 days of your initial enquiry and acceptance of an invoice. The remaining 80% is required 2 weeks before the date of your event.

  • What are Party Packages?

    We have a dedicated section here on our website, where you can find and choose from one of our carefully curated setups - known as Party Packages!

    We want to make choosing your next event Setup as easy as possible! All Party Package options have been created to cater for a range of budgets, so that no matter the budget you come to us with we have an option available for you!

  • Do you do Helium Balloons?

    Due to the current increase in the price of helium, Pretty Party People are no longer offering Helium Filled Balloons as a service.

    However, we understand our clients may be looking for something similar to the look of a Helium Balloon, so we have created a range of Helium Alternative Balloons!

  • Can I purchase straight from your website?

    In short, no. An enquiry must be made before an invoice is sent to you for you to be able to make a payment.

    All delivery of our products and hire items are subject to availability. This is to ensure that we have the stock and time to fulfil your order- therefore we ask that you enquire before purchasing.

    This can be done through the booking forms under any of our products on our website.

  • Do you have a physical shop?

    No - Pretty Party People is run out of our home in Lithgow, NSW.

    We can be easily reached through our website or email, or alternatively, our Facebook and Instagram pages.

  • Can I keep my balloons after the party?

    YES YES YES! We encourage it!

    We use premium quality latex balloons for our balloon garlands that will last for months (if air-filled), if you want to keep the party going at home.

    Normally after your event has finished up, we will come in to pack up the installation. This is so you don’t have to worry about the clean-up. You can always request to keep your balloons after your event and we will only pack up our props and hire items.

  • Do your Neon Signs change colour?

    The Neon Signs we have in stock available for you to hire only come in standard White (Warm/Cool).

    We believe that white will match and colour schemes you have in mind, not limiting your choices what it comes to matching the vision you have in mind.

  • Do your props come in different colours?

    In short, yes they do!

    When you complete a booking form with us, you will see if the setup you have chosen has the option for you to choose the prop in different colours. However this is not applicable to all of the props we stock.

    Our range is always growing, so you can expect to see more of our props in different colours and styles.

  • Do you hire Prop Items alone?

    Yes.

    Props such as our Neon Signs, Easels and Acrylic Signage, Disco Balls, Rugs, Plinths, and Floral Arrangements may be hired on their own (subject to availability).

  • Will you create an Installation with balloons I have already purchased?

    No.

    We stock premium quality latex balloons. Being asked to use anything other than the balloons we stock is a disservice to us and yourself. We pride ourselves on the quality of our Installations - so let us provide the balloons!

  • What if I want something I can't see on your website for my Event? i.e backdrop/plinth
